I have never experienced first-class customer service like this before. My band was stuck in New York, and when we arrived at the hotel, Assistant Manager Jessica went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. She handled everything that seemed difficult for us to deal with and truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Jessica, for your professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service. We booked The Inn at Great Neck for our wedding room block for November 2025. We worked with Gabriella and Erin, who helped coordinate our block and also welcome drinks for our guests at the lobby bar. They were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and is way more unique than other hotels in the area. The location is perfect for guests with and without cars, since the town has many restaurants and stores within walking distance. When our guests arrived, there was an adorable sign in the lobby welcoming them and also reminding them about our welcome drinks at the bar later that night. It was special and everyone loved seeing it! We booked a suite, which was set up with mirrors and extra chairs for getting ready space. The suite was huge and clean, and we had no issues controlling temperature or lighting. When we came back from our wedding, there was champagne and rose petals for extra romance. We felt really welcomed and appreciated that special touch. The only issue we came across was with our guests rooms. Several of our guests had issues controlling the heat in their rooms, and said their room got too hot overnight. But the real stars of the weekend were the wonderful staff. The front desk staff were so helpful and sweet. The bellhops and valet were always so kind and funny. The house keeping staff were always there for whatever we needed, and went beyond to make sure we had everything. It was clear that a lot of care goes into running the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wedding block or a personal stay. Hopefully we will be back to celebrate our anniversary!

Jessica Famigletti was so amazing she has great customer care we were having a hard time with our reservations but she walked us through the process of getting it fixed. She deserves more than 5 stars

I wanted to send a sincere and immense thank you to Erin DeNicola for all her incredible help organizing my husband's surprise birthday party. Her dedication and meticulous planning made it an absolutely spectacular event. Everything was truly perfect from start to finish. From our first meeting to the final detail, her efforts ensured a seamless and joyous celebration. The guests had an absolutely wonderful time, and many commented on how much they enjoyed themselves, the food and the space. I couldn't have pulled off such a memorable and successful surprise without Erin. Consider the Great Neck Inn for your next event.

We used the event space at the Inn for my daughter’s bridal shower and the day after wedding morning brunch . Erin and Patrick were terrific and accommodating and so nice. The space was lovely the valet helpful all went well. We used the inn also for overflow of room block for wedding but regret that we didn’t use them primarily. The other hotel we chose was closer to wedding venue but Erin and staff were so much nicer and more efficient to deal with. Highly recommend.

Loved the art deco styling of this hotel. My room was clean with a beautiful balcony, and the shower was nice and hot. I ended up here after a canceled flight, so the soft bed was especially appreciated. It’s only about a half hour from the airport, which was convenient. The breakfast buffet wasn’t amazing, but honestly, what hotel breakfast is? Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

My son got married in Lake Success and we contracted for rooms with the Inn at Great Neck. They were easy to work with and responded quickly every time I needed to check on the reservations. Everyone commented on how nice the hotel was. Then, we scheduled a brunch with them and again, planning was straightforward and easy. The brunch was delicious and nicely presented. At the last minute, we decided on a cocktail party in the bar area. I worked with Erin Denicola and she was fabulous. She arranged for 3 beautiful platters and I gave each guest a bracelet. The bar staff was also wonderful. Erin was a joy to work with. She's extremely responsive and was on top of every aspect of the 3 things we had going on at the hotel. She upgraded our room to a suite which we really appreciated. I really never worried about anything, because I knew Erin and the staff at the hotel would come through for me. Last, I have to give a shout out to the valet as well. They even put our car top roof carrier on the car, since our hands were full.
